Hoping for better luck with tomorrow night's experiment. I have a partner now and I think that's going to help, so I just need to get the ERs figured out a bit better. Sorry if my posts have been lacking detail lately. I promise to make as thorough a record as possible when I have a success.

Not the result I was hoping for (obviously), but at least I won't have a dead egg shell on my scroll for two weeks. I started the experiment with five minutes before the egg died and threw it into a whole bunch of hatch sites and ER's. Perhaps if I had waited a bit longer it would have turned...

Olives hatch too easily! >_<
I waited until there was a bit less than five minutes left until death and then started adding it into the click sites - allowing a bit more lag between entries - and it started cracking within two minutes.
Perhaps I will have to experiment with a more stubborn breed. Maybe a Nhiostrife? Seems a shame to experiment on such a lovely breed, but it might work better.

At five minutes before death, I started shoving it into hatcheries as usual - maybe I need to increase the time between hatchery entries, because it seemed to get views too quickly to turn neglected. It was at the final stage of cracking when it died, so it would have hatched as a normal hatchling had there been a bit more time.

Notes: Wasn't originally gonna use this as an ND experiment, but decided to just go for it anyway. I'll have to try and get a more precise time for ToD.

So apparently Whites hatch easily. ^^;

I unfogged it at 10 minutes before ToD and then started putting it in two sites at 6 minutes before ToD. At 4 minutes, I put it in three more sites and it hatched almost immediately. If I try again with a White, I think I'll wait until closer to ToD and see what happens.

Experiment Notes:

I put it in Daily Dragon Fix, Valley Sherwood and Egg Drop Soup to start, and then waited until three minutes or so before death to really slamming it into ERs. Maybe I used a few too many because it hatched with less than twenty seconds left until death. The ratio of views to unique views was obviously off. Ah well, I'll just fog it and add it to my zombie fodder group.
