How can an egg turn ND before it even hits 0 days?

Hello all,

I was just in Valley Sherwood to put my eggs in the hatchery there, when I saw an ND egg featured among the many eggs there. I clicked on it, and noticed that it was at exactly 1 day left, having been stolen on July 8. When I clicked on it, it had only a first stage crack, but within two minutes it sped through the stages and successfully hatched.

Now, with most (if not all) experiments here conducted when an egg hits 0 days, then how is it that this egg managed to turn ND when it hadn't even hit 0 days yet? When it hatched, it had the following stats: 1481/105/12.

I would be very much obliged if someone could explain this to me - thank you in advance.

Maybe it was dropped and caught thereby getting an extra day ?

they used incubate before and bounced it to another scroll so the egg can get 1 day more to live. Most success exps use that way, I think

I know what you mean. I was at Silvi's hachery and saw a neglected egg. I went to the users scroll and he has over 40 of them!!
