Hello fellow scientists! I started this idea in the suggestions thread, and not even an hour later it was approved by 6zuzie6! I was very excited and ran over here immediately to start it up.

Intro~
TNSMP[abbreviation] is a great project for newbies and old members alike! Though it is aimed mainly at getting new members help and education about NDs, but old members are welcome, though they have to ask, unlike newbies. When a new member joins, I will post in their intro and'or PM them and assign them a mentor, and telling them who it is. Then I will tell the assigned mentor, and they are to PM their apprentice, introducing them to the site, explaining all about NDs, linking them here to explain it in more depth, and to explain to them that they have a mentor. There is no certain amount of time a mentor has a certain apprentice, just however long it takes them to get through the curriculumn/classes. Yes, there are classes and curriculumn that are reviewed/graded. At random times, there are pop quizes. When the MENTOR think their apprentice is ready, I will PM them a "final exam"[everyone takes the SAME one] and the apprentice must get a 70 or higher on the OVERALL COURSE GRADE to pass, and they must pass the exam as well. I am the one that grades apprentices' work, and then it is sent back to the apprentice via their mentor. All mentors are REQUIRED to have a mentor banner in their signature, and apprentices receive two different banners they may or may not put in their sig.: one banner that states they have an TNSMP Mentor, and one after they pass that says they have passed the TNSMP metoring mentor program.

been wondering how to get an ND for a long time, and i feel it'd be safe if i had someone help with my first attempt ^_^

I would like to suggest making "forms" for people to "apply" for being either a mentor or to be mentored. It makes it look a lot more professional. I would also like to suggest that mentors should have a requirement to become one. A certain amount of time with ND Scientists or maybe certain number of ND's turned, survived or have. I will try and make a nice format to use for this because I find it much nicer. *Goes to make forms*

So,for the record,pleasr find me a mentor when possible..thank you for this project!! I could truly use a mentor for this ND experimenting,and I have had great luck with my mentors in the past..good deal!Thx for reviewing my request,and helping if you can!!THx again for starting this project!!

I see a new thread has opened..I hope that I havent been to much of a pain,but its ben mentioned here & there,so I requested a mentor everywhere I saw them mentioned!LOL..hope if I get one,you WILL let me know in some way besides ESP!BTW./.my latest experiment tomight failed..I had correct TOD..and unfogged 7 minutes early,but eg died,as it looks as if it got too many views tpoo fast..but thatsjust what it looks like to ME...7 ERs.and 7 minutes to hatch and it died without ever hatching at all..
I have another experiment tomorrow(out of the blue)and will post it as soon as I get exact TOD,unfog time,etc...thx!
